Detailed and personal advice on the various forms of burial and types of graves in Germany and on the worldwide repatriation of deceased persons, Care and collection of the deceased at the place of death,

Hygienic care and performance of ablutions according to Islamic tradition (ritual ablution),

Wrapping the deceased in shrouds in accordance with Islamic regulations,

Professional accommodation in our storage and farewell rooms,

Completion of all general formalities in the event of death, (e.g.: Death certificate, official medical and police certificate, death certificate, corpse passport, burial certificate, customs/export permit)
Handling of all general formalities, also for repatriation abroad,

Arrangement of the farewell/prayer for the dead/funeral service,

Notification and arrangement of an imam for the funeral prayer (if desired),

Assisting relatives with burials and with the choice of burial site in Germany,

Burials at all cemeteries in Cologne and the surrounding area,

Commissioning the production of a gravestone (if desired),

Speaker at the funeral service and funeral prayer (if desired),

Reservation of flight tickets for accompanying people
If necessary, onward transportation by land to the place of burial in selected countries,
Embalming and preservation of the deceased, if required by law in the country of destination,

Application for transitional allowance for pension recipients,
Deregistration of health insurance,
Deregistration of pension for single or widowed persons,
On request, settlement with the social welfare office (if desired),
